Yes, if you noticed, the decoration used Selamat Hari Raya as greeting instead of Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri. In that case, have the organiser have made a mistake? Well, I checked the Wikis, while Hari Raya Aidilfitri is the official greeting, Selamat Hari Raya is more commonly used by Malaysia and Singapore's Muslim, so technically they are not wrong either... Maybe there is no wrong or right, it is a matter of preference...
